Book Floor Graphics

You can generally book Floor Graphics for 4 calendar weeks. If no other declaration is made, the calendar week starts on Monday. Contact us for durations exceeding 4 weeks. In such cases, the material has to be adjusted.

Some particularities about booking a floor advertisement:

1. If you want to use differing formats or advertising spaces, schedule a lead time of ten more days to request a special authorisation

2. Send us your motifs ten days before the campaign starts. Layouts are sufficient. We are obliged to check the motif in advance (this is required by law)

3. Every assignment includes all of the following services:

• The booking of the surfaces in the underground stations for the agreed duration
• The production of the film in the adequate format
• The transport to the single stations and temporary storage if necessary
• Appliance of the film to the surface and loosening after the contract expires
• Removal and disposal

4. Design:
Security is a big deal in public transport. The use of common signal and marking colours is therefore not recommended.

5. Payment:
The bill is to be paid in advance, before the beginning of the contract
