A poster gallery is created when one advertiser books all billboards on one station platform exclusively for one month. Every day, up to one hundred thousand people stand on the platform waiting for their train. Here, a poster gallery reaches a millionfold audience and at the same time an attractive, mobile and affluent target group.
The thousand-contact prices in outdoor advertising are impressive: For example, the station Alexanderplatz is used by 150,000 people every day. Here, poster advertising achieves a gross reach of over 4,5 million in one month, resulting in a thousand-contact price of € 7,33.
Depending on the size of the station, up to 33 large billboards can be used to tell an advertising story or present a motif in a sustainable manner through permanent repetition.
Minimum occupancy: one platform page, one month.
The posters are not produced on affiche paper but on foil. The colors and motifs appear more brilliant and the posters can hang in the stations for four weeks without any loss of quality.
The Alexanderplatz station is the largest transfer station in Berlin. At the underground station 33 large panels (format 376 x 186 cm) can be booked exclusively for 28 days. The media costs are € 33,000.00 and the production costs € 16,500.00.
The Potsdamer Platz underground station also offers 33 large posters on both sides of the platform. Here too, the campaign for one month costs € 46,500.00 (media plus production).
Furthermore, there is also a Poster Gallery at Hermannplatz station, where the large billboards are not covered by the train coming into the station, as is the case at other stations. Instead, the advertising posters hang higher and are therefore very visible. The media costs per month: € 27.500,00.
